How It Works

Bag Program for Property Managers (Optional)

One-time fee: $99 per bag.

The Bag Program is designed for property managers who handle regular turnovers and want to make debris removal automatic. Pay $99 per bag once, and you never buy another bag. Here’s how it works:

  • We recycle your bags — after each pickup, we clean, sanitize, and refold them for reuse.
  • We swap on every pickup. When we pick up a full bag, we leave a clean replacement at your office or property.
  • You choose how many bags to keep in rotation. We recommend at least two — one deployed at a unit, one clean and ready at your shop.
  • Just pay the $129 pickup fee going forward. No bag reordering, no running out, no per-bag charges.

One free replacement if a bag is damaged beyond reuse. After that, $29 to add a new bag to your rotation.

If you’re on the Bag Program, you already have clean bags at your office or maintenance shop — your crew can deploy one immediately. If you need a new bag delivered, we can typically get one to your property same day or next morning.

You choose how many bags to keep in rotation and where we deliver replacements — your main office, a maintenance shop, or specific properties. When we pick up a full bag at any location, we drop a clean replacement wherever you tell us. Most property management companies keep at least two bags in rotation so one is always ready while the other is deployed.

A dump run typically costs $50–$100+ when you factor in fuel, tipping fees, and crew hours. More importantly, your crew is off-site for 1–2 hours per trip instead of working on the turnover. At $158 for a bag pickup (or $129 on the Bag Program), you eliminate the dump run entirely and your crew stays productive at the unit.

Yes. Bags accept mixed loads — carpet, drywall, fixtures, furniture, appliances (non-refrigerant), yard waste, and general debris. No need to separate materials. The only things we can’t take are hazardous materials, refrigerant appliances (fridges, AC units), tires, paint, and batteries.
